Clearing a property without being there
It is the number one request in the eastern Var, where more than four homes in ten are second homes. Our whole organisation is designed for it.
The quote is done from photos
One room, one photo. Five minutes on your phone, or the agent's, the caretaker's or the neighbour's. We price on that basis, and the price given is fixed.
Collecting the keys
From the estate agent, the notaire, the managing agent, the neighbour, or in a key safe: tell us where. They are returned wherever you wish at the end of the job.
The photo report
Every room photographed before, then after. You see what was taken out and the condition the home is left in, without having moved.
Disposal, included in the price
Since 2024, professional access to the waste centres (déchèteries) of the Estérel Côte d'Azur area has required registration and a badge, and professional drop-offs are charged. Depending on the type of waste, it is dropped there or taken back to a waste centre in the Alpes-Maritimes: either way it is already priced, never charged on top, and you receive the drop-off receipt.
The summer season needs planning
Between June and September, traffic, parking and the coast's waste centres are saturated. For July and August, let us know as early as possible. The rest of the year, lead times are short.
Travel is stated, not added
We set off from Antibes: around fifty kilometres, about 45 minutes on the A8, plus the stop at the waste centre. This journey is built into the fixed price from the quote and does not appear as an extra line on the invoice.

Fixed price
How the price is built in the eastern Var
No displayed price per cubic metre: no property is like the last. Three factors, and nothing else.
- The actual volume, estimated from your photos then confirmed on the day of the job.
- Access: floor, lift, carrying, narrow lane, space available for the van.
- Waste disposal, which is charged to professionals, and already included.
The journey from Antibes is built into the price quoted. A job in the eastern Var ties up the crew for longer than a job in Antibes: the starting point is therefore a little higher, but it is stated in the quote and it does not change.

How do you quote without coming?
With photos. One per room, plus one of the hallway and one of the access from the street. That is enough to estimate a volume. If reality is clearly different from what the photos show, we call you before starting, never after.
Where do the belongings go?
To a déchèterie (waste disposal centre), and you receive the drop-off receipt. Anything you wish to keep is set aside before we start. The waste centres of the Estérel Côte d'Azur area have been open to professionals on registration and with a badge since 2024, and drop-offs there are charged: depending on the type of waste, it is dropped there or taken back to a waste centre in the Alpes-Maritimes, and the cost is already included in your price.
How soon can you come?
Out of season, lead times are short. In July and August, let us know as early as possible: traffic, parking and the coast's waste centres are saturated, and we would rather give a date we will keep than a lead time we would not.
Do you work beyond Saint-Raphaël?
Yes: Fréjus, Saint-Aygulf, Puget-sur-Argens, Roquebrune-sur-Argens, Les Adrets-de-l'Estérel, Bagnols-en-Forêt, Le Muy and Sainte-Maxime. Beyond that, call us: we will tell you frankly whether it is feasible or not.
The van cannot park outside.
That is common in Agay, Anthéor and on sloping estates. Tell us and send a photo of the street: we plan the carrying in the quote rather than discovering it on site.
