Can you collect furniture bought from a private seller?

Yes, we collect it from the seller and deliver it to you. Payment remains between you and the seller.

Do you carry furniture upstairs when there is no lift?

Yes, two of us come with straps and blankets, precisely for that kind of climb.

Do you dismantle bulky furniture?

If necessary, yes: wardrobes, beds or bookcases are dismantled then reassembled on arrival.

How is the time set?

We give you a precise time slot, agreed in advance, so you do not lose your whole day.

Is this a man-and-van service?
